Return window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The return period begins on the date your order is delivered.

Return guide

- Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, free from any signs of wear or damage.

- A receipt or proof of purchase is required

- All mailed returns must include the original packaging, including tags, box, and pouch.

- Items sold as part of a set must be returned in full. Partial returns of sets are not eligible for refunds, store credit, or exchanges.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Do not return any items without contacting us first—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

- Items under Special offers or marked as Final sales are not refundable.

Order changes and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

Orders are processed quickly, but if you need to make any changes, email us at info@coffeeandjewels.co as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee changes after purchase, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
