Estimated Delivery Times
The shipping timelines provided are estimates only and do not account for weekends, holidays, or unexpected delays caused by couriers (e.g., weather, high shipping volumes, or traffic disruptions).
Split Shipments
If items in your order have estimated ship dates more than 7 days apart, your order may be split into multiple shipments.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order subtotal before taxes and discounts. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Processing Time
Estimated delivery times do not include order processing time. It usually takes 1-3 days to processing your order. For the most accurate delivery estimate, please refer to the projected shipping timeline shown at checkout.

Custom Delays
Please note that customs processing can occasionally cause delivery delays. If this occurs, any applicable import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, as required by their country’s regulations.
If you choose not to pay the required duties and reject the parcel, please note that your order will not be eligible for a refund.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Your order will be shipped to the address entered during checkout.

However, once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes or take responsibility for misdeliveries due to incorrect address details. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is accurate before finalizing the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Shipment
If your order includes a tracking number and is lost or damaged in transit, you may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. You can contact us for assistant but we are not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
